When Eggers hop farm in New Zealand asked us if we wanted to be part of their New Moon Harvest release we jumped straight in. After the success of Wolf Moon - our previous Eggers special release beer - we played around with a cool way to add extra flavour - dip hopping with citra dynaboost. We then combined our firm favourite Nectaron with Eggers New Moon Nelson Sauvin to work together and bring a smooth and silky IPA packed with all the flavours you’d expect from these amazing hops.
