Guava Lava Fruited sour 6% Floc Colab
When asked by Jonny from the Craft Beer Channel if we wanted to brew something special for their Craft Beer Boys Festival with the legends at Floc Brewery we couldn't say no.
we packed in 300 kg of fruit - Pink Guava, Mango and Apricot puree and fermented it all with Philly Sour yeast. The result is a super thick sour that is juicy and tart and super refreshing.
