Interdimensional Narwhals - Kolsch Style Lager - 5.2% - 440ml

Brewed with our mates Phantom Brewery in Reading, we took our own take on Kolsch and gave it the full Thiolised treatment.

Phantasm powder in the whirlpool together with a thiolised yeast strain frees up those locked in flavours and aromas from the hops - and we used lots of Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin and Citra.

Drinks more like a pale ale than a lager, but crosses the boundary between the two styles Pipeline Phantom Style

Hop Profile:

• Hallertau Blanc Hallertau Blanc's flavor profile is said to be fruity, with wine-like qualities of gooseberry and grass, similar to that of Sauvignon Blanc. It also features a complex aroma profile with notes of cassis and elderflower in addition to grapes, grapefruit and lemongrass.

• Nelson Sauvin a cone shaped hop that lends a grape-like flavour to beer, along side passionfruit, and crushed gooseberry.

• Citra® is the current top dog of the hop world. Citra® is the most sought after hop variety because it offers an intense citrusy flavour and aroma that has revolutionised IPA brews. get ready for hits of lime, mango, melon and grapefruit.
