Riwaka from Eggers and Nelson Sauvin from NZ Hops bring those classic NZ vibes to this super pale hazy IPA. At 6.5% it's a punchy number that doesn't mess about. Riwaka dominates the nose with its smoky bacon backed up by some white wine from the Nelson. A sweet start fades into a lush bitter finish that leaves you wanting more. Its a sizzler!

Hop Profile:

• Nelson Sauvin™ a cone shaped hop that lends a grape-like flavour to beer, along side passionfruit, and crushed gooseberry.

• Riwaka™ hops are one of the most prized varieties to come out of New Zealand. Riwaka Brand 85.6-23, also referred to as D Saaz, is a triploid hop variety with "Old Line" Saaz genetics. The Saaz genetics really shine in Riwaka as it has much of the same aroma, but just more of it. Riwaka has nearly double the total oils of Saaz so expect powerful citrus aromas of pink grapefruit. This fresh and zesty aroma makes Riwaka a great fit in any IPA or Hazy style.
